Strategic Youth Services' (SYS) philosophy is based upon the belief that families can, through effective interventions, acquire the skills that foster positive nurturing, increase and improve academic and social functioning, and gain support within their community to enable the family to remain intact as a strong, cohesive unit.

Our company is comprised of professionals with extensive experience in the areas of family mental health, community development, program design, and have over 30 years of combined experience working with families in the Metro-Richmond area and surrounding areas.  We at SYS believe that a future filled with promise, growth and prosperity is attainable for all families.  We understand the challenges that families are faced with today, and are committed to helping families overcome their obstacles to reach a pinnacle of success that brings about continuity, peace, and stability.
